Kleysen, 20, is currently in his 2nd season with the West Kelowna Warriors where he has amassed 9 goals and 33 points to go along with 56 penalty minutes in 73 games in the BCHL. In 87 career games with the Blues, Kleysen tallied 7 goals and 36 points before his short stint in Madison saw a goal and 3 points in 25 games before becoming a Warrior. We are excited for him to continue his playing career at the next level.

Keegan trains in our Pro Group during the summer months. Max was drafted in the 2nd round, 27th overall by the Prince George Cougars in the Bantam Draft and spent his rookie season with the club.

The league was founded in and provides elite hockey players in Manitoba the opportunity to play at a high level of competition. A number of players have gone to play in these leagues and the majority of Manitobans playing professional hockey have played in the 'AAA' league.
The Winnipeg Avros are proud to announce that four of their incoming players have made Hockey Manitobas U16 Provincial Team that will travel to Swift Current Sept 5th-8th for an exhibition series against Team Sask. Taylor is just one of two Avros to ever reach the point mark in their midget career. Taylor can be described as an explosive player who creates offensive chances off the rush.
The Wheat Kings will, for the second consecutive year, meet the two-time defending champion Winnipeg Wild squad for the league championship. After being pushed to four games by the Eastman Selects in the opening round of playoffs, the Wheat Kings swept the Chiefs in overtime, and to earn a berth in the championship final series. The Chiefs were the second-seed heading into the post season after collecting 37 wins, nine losses and two overtime losses for 76 points through regular season play. Brandon followed in third place with 72 points on 35 wins, 11 losses and two overtime losses.
