My problem is that my penis didn't grow when I was going through puberty. My penis and testicles have not grown since I measured them when I was 12 and I am now I also have small breasts and protruding nipples, which causes more problems. My penis measures two inches flaccid and five and a half inches erect and the girth is four and a half inches.
