The Active Teens Programme enables staff to develop and deliver an engaging and effective fitness and group exercise programme for adolescents. The Active Teens Programme works with your existing adolescent fitness resources and up-skills staff to become suitably qualified to work with adolescents and to deliver a fit-for-purpose adolescent programme to enhance your health and fitness offer. The Active Teens Programme includes the completion of the Level 2 Award in adapting fitness instruction for adolescents.
