The NAPBC is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization established to recognize breast centers providing quality care. This team includes oncology breast navigators, who are dedicated to working with patients throughout their breast cancer journeys. Together, these features ensure patients receive the highest quality of breast care available in the region.
The center is the main breast imaging clinic for Parkland. The breast center sees patients referred by their Parkland primary care doctor. Women aged 40 and older should get a screening mammogram every year.
